Avocado Cream Sauce

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¼ cup water



Place all ingredients in food processor and puree until smooth.


Taste and adjust with adobo seasoning or salt and pepper.
