Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 to 2 drops red food coloring
  • 1 pint half and half


Directions

In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the egg, sugar, salt, sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract. Add the food coloring and half and half and mix well.

Transfer the whole mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the instructions.
