Tomato and Onion Salsa

  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • 1 seeded and minced jalapeno
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped


In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in refrigerator for one hour .
