Offshore Threat Exaggeration

Newsweek's Robert Samuelson has written an article viewable on MSNBC today called "Debunking The Great Offshoring Myth." Samuelson points to research that indicates that a very small percentage of U.S. layoffs are due to jobs going to locations like India and China.
