It's true. A release just went out announcing that "Nuasis Integrated With Aspect Workforce Management."

Hold on, they're direct competitors. My first thoughts...Concerto, which recently purchased Aspect, already has a workforce management product in its RightForce solution. What does it want with a second workforce management solution?
