ANPI at RTIME

Typically, I go to industry events with relatively low expectatioaans hoping to achieve one or two specific objectives. This particular week during RTIME was unequivocally the most successful number of meaningful interactions I have even had during an industry event. And I have been told that others at ANPI experience the same level of enthusiasm and high numbers of attendee interest. Moreover, we accomplished this without giving away Ferrari or sponsoring an extravaganza. While we sponsored we gave away a 3 in 1 stylus, pen and light and we sponsored the lanyards, they were not the elements that drove the unprecedented interest. The interest was driven by two things, the expansion of our “Control Your Future” message to the ILEC community and the live demonstration of our Hosted Unified Communications Private Label Package.

ILECs can control their future by remembering how ANPI was formed and the benefits the success of ANPI has had on their businesses and customer bases. By working together, the collective strength of the ILECs is powerful and unstoppable in achieving positive goals that position the rural telephone companies for success. There have been several decisions by the FCC that were either not favorable to the ILECs or at minimum required reexamination of existing business strategies. However, with the growth of IP networks, quality and access comes new opportunities for the ILECs to provide new services for their current customer and the ability to open up sales operations outside their study areas thereby developing new revenue streams. For the first time, not only could ANPI articulate such a message but we could also demonstrate the product that would enabled them to do so.

The ANPI Hosted Unified Communications (UC) Private Label Package is a turn-key offering that not only provides a powerful and complete implementation of Unified Communications but it also includes access to ANPI product resources and key personnel. The Private Label Package gives access to equipment and service how-to-guides, instructional videos, training, market studies and product collateral (presentations, brochures, vides, etc.). It also provides tools for lead generation, sales activity and account management. ANPI can also provide various levels of support for customer care and billing. All elements of the Private Label Package can be branded. Consequently, the offering is unique in the industry providing even the smallest ILEC the opportunity to roll out what can be a very complicated and expensive product within 60 to 90 days.

RTIME was the right place and time for ANPI to demonstrate its continued commitment to this community and it was well received.
