Jerk Pork Chops

  • 6 pork chops (½ inch thick)
  • 2 teaspoons Jerk Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice



Combine seasoning mixture, oil and lime juice. Mix well. Place into a plastic bag or container. Toss the chops with the mixture and let sit at least four hours or overnight in the refrigerator.


Heat your grill to medium high heat.


Place the chops on the grill with the seasoning mixture intact. Grill each side about 5-7 minutes. Check for doneness. Serve with Jamaican Matouk’s Hot Pepper Sauce or your favorite on the side.
