Roasted Brussels Sprouts


·         1 pound of Brussels Sprouts ( rinsed)

·         1 teaspoon of White seasoning mix

·         2 teaspoons of olive oil

·         2 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)


Pre heat oven to 400o F.

Prepare the Brussels sprouts by removing the outer layer of leaves. Place on to a sheet pan, toss with the olive oil and sprinkle the whites seasoning mixture over the sprouts.

Place into the oven and roast for 30 minutes. Midway thru toss again to encourage even browning.

Remove from the oven sprinkle on the grated cheese and serve immediately.
