Advanced Merced/Genesys Partner Program News

Next Monday, Merced Systems, a provider of contact center performance management systems, will be announcing that the company has joined the Genesys InterWorks Partner Program. Through this partner program, Merced will develop “tightly integrated analytical applications with Genesys’ products”--  advanced solutions developed on Genesys platforms -- then making them available to Genesys customers.

 

The Genesys InterWorks Program is designed to facilitate technology integrations with Genesys products. Further, the partnership program aims to benefit joint customers through simplified deployments to reduce costs, resources and time needed to implement a joint solution.

 

Through the Merced Performance Suite, joint customers will have access to contact center interaction data from Genesys products (such as Genesys Info Mart), thus making it easier to measure and manage operational performance. By deploying the integrated solution, customers will have access to the following:
