As of the end of today, I will no longer be an editor for Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine, nor will I work for Technology Marketing Corporation. 

 

My professional career is taking me elsewhere, closer to my home. Therefore, the CRM Junkyard blog will no longer be updated.

 

Vendors: Any future editorial considerations and inquiries regarding CIS magazine may be directed to editorial director Tracey Schelmetic or executive editor Glenn Kalinoski; regarding TMCnet, to Al Bredenberg.
