Who said you couldn't teach an old dogs new tricks. Paul Dunay author of the upcoming book "Marketing Facebook for Dummies," who now works for Avaya gave an great speech last night at the opening of ITexpo on an innovative approach to how Avaya is helping their customers with customer contact solutions using Facebook. Really cool, really innovative, I look forward to reading the entire book.
