In Telapliant's voip news, they state, "... an increase in the number of over-55s in the UK choosing to book their holidays online as they have more travel flexibility, a study suggests."

The first person I heard to explain to VoIP entrepreneurs and companies offering IP communications service that senior citizens are an important group who need and have the time and money to take advantage of voice over Internet... was a 16 year old named Max Arnold at Ecomm 2007.
