He has introduced new products and services, and opened up new markets for Fortune 500 companies as well as start ups. He also has a proven track record of establishing profitable alliances with companies such as Oracle, Accenture, AT&T, Microsoft and NEC. 

He started his career at Bell Laboratories as a researcher and holds multiple patents.  Chuck has spoken at conferences around the world and was named one of the "Top 100 Voices of IP Communications".  He holds a JD, an MBA and a BS in Electronic Engineering.
