The secret to sticky customers is the number 3.

Banks as well as the Duopoly understand that customer churn is higher for customers with only 1 or 2 services. At 3 services - the Triple Play - the customer churn is lowest.



Customers don't want a triple play but the bundle is usually cheaper.
