Every consumer brand markets heavily, but the competitive telecom industry does not?
A Brand is a trustmark.
Sales is all about trust.
I'm not saying you have to spend millions. You can raise your brand awareness for a couple of thousand per month. I just don't understand why our industry doesn't market.
