Broadvox, More than Any Other Carrier...

Everyone wants to say he or she is the best at something. However, given the number of people and companies on the planet saying you are the best is very difficult. Consequently, when I joined Broadvox and was informed we had completed interoperability testing (IOT) with more OEMs than any other carrier, I was skeptical. How could that be? Given our size and resources, surely other carriers worked with more certified IP PBXs and IADs. I held to this belief until March of this year. The editors of Phone+ asked the carriers and OEMs to list the partners/companies that had completed interoperability testing. The SIP Trunking Buyers' Guide results were clear. Not only has Broadvox completed more IOT with more OEMs than anyone else, it was by a landslide. And, we are still working with OEMs to add them to our IOT, shall I say it, "Club".

So why are we conducting more IOT with more OEMs than anyone else?

The answer lies in our DNA. As an ITSP that supports around 200 other carriers, we encounter a myriad of network situations that require specialized engineering solutions. We relish being the company other carriers refer business to when the solution is beyond their capabilities. It is an engineering specialty, a desire to be in a position to support every situation that has driven us to be the industry leader. However, our desire to be the industry leader in the space also is a key benefit to the VARs, dealers and agents that are members of the Broadvox Partner Program. They are assured that we have worked with most IP PBXs. They can comfortably pursue business, selling whatever platform is deemed best for their prospects and customers. Moreover, with IOT completed, we will have the configuration guidelines available to support the VARs or, if necessary, the customers should a problem arise.

This month we completed IOT with ESI and Multi-Tech and Zultys is in the lab undergoing IOT.

We are not ready to rest on our laurels just yet.

See you on Monday with yet another new recipe.
