Researching Hatch Chiles and Next Generation IP Technology

I forgot I was traveling on Sunday so my choices for recipe of the weekend was limited to either Saturday breakfast (open-faced grilled cheese on jalapeño cheese bagel) or Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Hatch Chile Cream Sauce. The choice was a bit obvious. In any event, my favorite grocery store in Texas, Central Market, is having a Hatch Chile festival. They celebrate everything made with Hatch Chiles, bread, cheese, salsa, burgers, etc. They roast them outside the store entrance and sell the finished product. The package contained a pound of roasted chiles. Since I was already of a mind to grill a pork tenderloin, it wasn't going to be difficult to grill a couple on my own. I paid 24 cents for two green chiles versus the $4.50 for the package. I purchase hot chiles but medium ones are available. I also served most of the cream sauce under and around the sliced pork and drizzled just a little bit on top. This makes for a more attractive plating. So celebrate the Hatch Chile Festival wherever you live by trying Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Hatch Chile Cream Sauce.

Next Generation IP Technology

While Broadvox is a small company with just under 100 employees, we have a very good presence in the world of SIP and SIP Trunking. We maintain that presence by adding innovative products and features to our service offering on a regular basis. This week I intend to give you a glimpse of the research and develop taking place in Dallas, Cleveland and Russia. We are looking at new technologies, Operations Support Systems (OSS), Business Process Management (BPM) and the evolution of SIP. We will see if I can give a good overview in two weeks without giving away our product strategy or marketplace secrets. But, there are a few obvious areas for us to conduct R&D and I can hint towards others. For example, we like many other ITSPs, keep an eye towards IPv6 and are making preparations to deploy when necessary.

Oh, you ask, "What is IPv6?"
