Prior to CloudRoute, He was CMO at ANPI, CMO & EVP of Sales at Broadvox, VP of channels and Alliances for Telcordia and Director of eBusiness development with i2 Technologies.He has also held executive positions with Planet Hollywood Online, Hewlett-Packard, Tandem Computers, Sprint and Ericsson.

Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sweet dill relish
  • 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • ½ teaspoon/dash of Worcestershire/Worcester sauce
  • ½ teaspoon/dash of Tabasco hot sauce (optional)

 

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir the ingredients until they are well mixed. Taste to adjust salt and pepper.
