Focusing on UC for the Contact Center

Aspect Software, a company focused on unified communications for the contact center, and AireSpring. a provider of telecommunications services, are teaming to bring interoperability between Aspect’s session initiation protocol (SIP)-based solutions and SIP trunking products from AireSpring.
