I've been hearing lately that a number of companies are starting to have trouble finding qualified candidates to fill job openings -- particularly for sales and engineering positions. Inteligy has two opportunities for Business Solutions Sales Executives to join our team in Tampa, FL. These Sales Executives will use proven, process-based consultative selling techniques to identify, develop and win complex telecommunications solutions that solve our Clients' communications needs. Approximately 40% of business will come from leads generated from marketing efforts, and 60% is expected to come from prospecting. A tiered commission structure provides significant earnings for top producers, and is complemented with a salary, auto allowance and phone allowance.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

- 3+ years of direct sales experience in selling technical (preferably data telecom such as Voice, Data, VoIP, IP/PBX) solutions to the SMB market, preferably in the Tampa Bay area.
- New business and installed base management skills with a track record of measurable success in meeting and exceeding seven-figure sales goals.
- Process-based solutions selling techniques, including the ability to identify, document and close business on strategic value to our clients.
- The ability to present to and negotiate with C-level decision-makers, which requires clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense and powerful presentation skills.
- Previous use of ROI tools and Financial Modeling as a part of your sales process.
- Training in advanced account management and selling techniques though top-tier programs such as Spin Selling, Sandler Sales Training, Critical Path Selling, or Target Account Selling.
- At least 3-5 strong references that can speak to production, work ethic and ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial and growing company.
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
Specific responsibilities for this position include:
- Develop and manage customer relationships generated by company-provided leads and from prospecting.
- Achieve or exceed sales quota and client satisfaction target ratings.
- Follow company-defined sales process, including activity tracking in CRM system.
- Review pipeline development with management on weekly basis.
- Review overall performance, including production, close percentage, win/loss analysis and technical proficiency on a monthly basis.

Position: Telecommunications Network Operations and Applications Engineer

Inteligy has an opportunity for a Telecommunications Network Operations and Applications Engineer to join our team in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing telecommunication networks, troubleshooting network and application problems, utilizing network monitoring and management tools, planning and implementing upgrades and changes and will have a successful track record in exceeding established Service Level Objectives. In addition, this role will perform network site assessments and assist the Implementation Engineering group. Compensation includes salary, performance bonuses and auto allowance.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

-- 3+ years of demonstrated experience with:
-- IP networking, VoIP and Softswitch architecture.
-- SIP: RTP; Compression algorithms such as G711 and G729.
-- SBC and media gateway technologies.
-- Asterisk and open source technologies.
-- PRI; SS7; Unix; Linux.
-- Limited experience in IP-PBX (preferably Vertical TeleVantage) applications, including both installation and ongoing support and maintenance.
-- At least 3-5 strong references that can speak to production, work ethic and ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial and growing company.
-- Network Management certifications are preferred.
-- Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.
Specific responsibilities for this position include:
-- Maintain the health of the network for our hosted IP-PBX product using appropriate management tools and techniques.
-- Provide an escalation point and Tier-2 support for on-premise and hosted IP-PBX products while attaining SLOs.
-- Work with CTO to develop, plan and coordinate network equipment and architecture changes and develop voice technology roadmaps.
-- Conduct pro-active hardware and software maintenance, including off-hours upgrades and changes.
-- Perform Client Site Surveys (both on-site and remote) and assist Implementation Engineering in installs as needed.
-- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and scalable Telecom services.
-- Review overall performance, including production, SLO/SLA achievement and other metrics with management.

Approximately 40% of business will come from leads generated from marketing efforts, and 60% is expected to come from prospecting. A portion of business is expected to derive from greenfield opportunity identification and development. A tiered commission structure provides significant earnings for top producers, and is complemented with a salary, auto allowance and phone allowance.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

 - 2+ years of direct sales experience in selling technical (preferably data telecom such as Voice, Data, VoIP, IP/PBX) solutions to the SMB market, preferably in the Tampa Bay area.
