TMC’s new Call Center 2.0 conference is off to a strong start… We are putting together the conference content of this event as I write this and so far there is strong sponsor interest with Spanlink being our first one.
The event is going to take place at the same time and place as Internet Telephony Conference & Expo in San Diego October 10-13 2006.
