Cloud communications in the enterprise have brought innovation and helped to lower costs across the board. These technologies are also connecting businesses on a global level and helping them to drive the team collaboration needed to succeed.

To help larger businesses in the U.K. and the U.S. continue to reap the benefits of cloud communications in their workplaces, RingCentral announced it has partnered with PCM, a tech solutions provider, in a bid to further expand its reach into more channels.

PCM is trusted by businesses large and small to design, implement and manage UC solutions that drive growth. Its customers span various verticals from state, local and federal government clients to educational institutions and more across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

Paul Harrold, vice president of the collaboration practice at PCM, commented on the partnership with RingCentral and the benefit it will bring to its customers: “We’re excited to partner with RingCentral as we continue to build out our UCaaS and collaboration go-to-market portfolio.”

“We can execute with national partners unlike any competitors,” exclaimed RingCentral SVP of Global Channel Sales, Zane Long (pictured) in an exclusive, live, in-person interview.
