It feels like an iPad Mini in terms of weight but its much larger. It&#8217;s a very impressive offering from a company which ceded much of the consumer electronics market to Samsung, Apple and<br \/>\nothers. Interest levels here at&nbsp;&nbsp;Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona seem lukewarm at best though.
