We told you last year Pareteum wants to let carriers and companies quickly integrate global mobile services<\/a>. They abstract the communications companies and users need, allowing a focus on applications and services, not the underlying network.<\/p>\n

To that end, last year, Pareteum procured a worldwide license to embed iPass technology<\/a> as part of its connectivity strategy.<\/p>\n

You may recall, in 2008 we were pretty impressed<\/a> with how iPass helped\"vic create a communications skin first discussed by the head of Bell Labs. Specifically, they allowed a single login and password to access a network of global WiFi devices.<\/p>\n

Now, the two companies are involved in M&A<\/a> meaning the best of both companies can be harnessed by customers worldwide.<\/p>\n

In an exclusive interview, CEO Vic Bozzo explained, Vic said, “Wireless is eating everything. Demand is growing and carriers can’t keep up.” He continued, “Pareteum provides flexible, elastic, <\/span><\/span>cloud-based<\/span><\/span> management of all of these streams of communications.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
