She previously served as chief of the FCC\u2019s Policy and Program Planning Division, Common Carrier Bureau. Prior to her 10 years with the FCC, she was with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration within the U.S. Department of Commerce.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCarol Mattey\u2019s regulatory experience will be a major asset to our practice,\u201d said Philip L.
