I got to try this ice cream a month ago and was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I haven\u2019t ever had bad ice cream so I can\u2019t tell you that Cold Stone was better or worse than \u2013 say, a pint of Haagen-Daaz. What I can tell you is that the experience of watching someone make your ice cream in front of you like a Subway sandwich is unique and different.<\/p>\n<p>In case you haven\u2019t been there, you get to mix and match different flavors into yoru ice cream at the store. You can choose from prepackaged mixes or make your own.<\/p>\n<p>Cold Stone Creamery has been expanding quickly and in doing so they decided it was time to get a CRM package that not only allowed them to handle the customer communications with franchisees but also with customers. For this task they chose NetSuite CRM+.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t get press releases with quotes about a CEO\u2019s favorite flavor so I will share:<\/p>\n<p>Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite, whose favorite Creation is Mudpie Mojo\u00ae, said, &quot;Cold Stone Creamery is one of the most innovative and fastest growing companies in the world, and we are extremely happy to partner with them.
