No VoIP-VoIP calls were measured as part of the survey.\n<p \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt\">Service providers were measured using different network carriers.\n<p \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt\">A total of 163,000 calls (automated) were tested over a 5-week span.\n<p \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt\">Varying degrees of reliability and audio clarity were measured\n<p \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt\">VoIP service providers definitely have room for improvement based on Keynote\u2019s metrics\n<p \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 10pt\">There was no noticeable benefit if one company was both service provider and network carrier.
