Also within the release<br \/>\nis a mention of Keith Kelly, a pioneer in VoIP and IP contact center<br \/>\ntechnology. He was years ahead of his time when he launched NetSpeak<br \/>\nCorporation in the 1995-1996 timeframe:<\/p>\n<p>After 14 years with West TeleServices, Ray Golden has<br \/>\nresigned his position with <st1:place w:st=\"on\">West Teleservices<\/st1:place> in<br \/>\norder to join up with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.voicevisionts.com\/\">Voice Vision<br \/>\nInternational<\/a> as Senior Vice President New Business Development for their<br \/>\nTeleservices division. Ray had originally started in the telemarketing business<br \/>\nwith the West&#8217;s at their first telemarketing operation, WATS Marketing of<br \/>\nAmerica, where he stayed for 8 years before joining the West&#8217;s again at West<br \/>\nTeleservices.<br \/><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><br \/>\n<br \/>\nVoice Vision TeleServices was founded on the core principle of providing better<br \/>\ncost-effective telephony and Internet communication solutions that utilize<br \/>\nstate-of-the-art technology to increase profitability and reduce overhead for<br \/>\nall our clients. Voice Vision International, <a title=\"blocked::http:\/\/www.voicevisionintl.com\" href=\"blocked::http:\/\/www.voicevisionintl.com\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span title=\"blocked::http:\/\/www.voicevisionintl.com\">www.voicevisionintl.com<\/span><\/span><\/a>,<br \/>\nhas a major footprint in the telecommunications arena through Voice Over<br \/>\nInternet Protocol, (VoIP), in both IVR and Live Agent platforms. They are an<br \/>\nexisting leading provider of customer contact solutions ranging from automated<br \/>\nto live agent customer interaction. Voice Vision\u2019s communications solutions<br \/>\nwere developed with state-of-the-art technology by a highly seasoned team,<br \/>\n(with collectively hundreds of years of experience), in the teleservices<br \/>\nindustry. For instance, their leadership and founders of Voice Vision include,<br \/>\nMike Micek, their CEO and Keith Kelly, CTO. Mike is the past CFO of West Corp.<br \/>\nand is a CPA. He was highly instrumental in helping to build West to where it<br \/>\nis today. He was with them from 88\u2019 \u2013 \u201802 and helped take the company public. Prior<br \/>\nto founding Voice Vision, Keith Kelly was Founder, and VP of Emerging<br \/>\nTechnologies and Standards for NetSpeak Corporation, which was the creator of<br \/>\nWebPhone and the first VoIP Gateway for moving traffic between the PSTN (Public<br \/>\nSwitched Telephone Network\u2026better known as plain old telephone service or<br \/>\nPOTS), and the Internet. He pioneered VoIP for PSTN overlay and <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:placename w:st=\"on\">Call<\/st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st=\"on\">Center<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place><br \/>\ninfrastructure for at-home agents. <\/p>\n<p>Keith also holds numerous patents for Streaming Multimedia over Data Networks<br \/>\nand the use of Voice over the Internet and has contributed to the design of<br \/>\nmany of the protocols that VoIP relies on today. He deployed the world\u2019s first<br \/>\n5 country VoIP Network in 1997 with carriers from: <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Australia<\/st1:country-region>,<br \/>\n<st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Singapore<\/st1:country-region>, <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Japan<\/st1:country-region>, Honk Kong, and NetSpeak in the <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">US<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place>. He<br \/>\nstitched MCI\u2019s PSTN and Internet networks together in 1998 for \u201cClick\u2019nConnect\u201d,<br \/>\na VoIP PC based soft-client for dialing 800 numbers from one\u2019s PC and calling<br \/>\ninto one of MCI\u2019s call centers. Keith has also received <span>Call Center Show<\/span> awards for the first completely VoIP based<br \/>\nAutomatic Call Distributor (ACD) for Call Centers. Other important senior<br \/>\nmembers of the Executive Staff at Voice Vision have all had stellar careers in<br \/>\nother successful telemarketing operations before joining Voice Vision and they<br \/>\neach played an important role in the areas of management and IT in those firms.<\/p>\n<p>Voice Vision offers cutting edge automated solutions in Interactive Voice<br \/>\nResponse (IVR) technologies and is supported with over 40,000 redundant voice<br \/>\nports. <span>&nbsp;<\/span>Their live agent solutions are<br \/>\ncurrently supported with 200 workstations in the <st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Philippines<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place> with plans to expand<br \/>\nthat by 300 additional stations shortly in order to serve the Direct Response<br \/>\ncommunity. Last year Voice Vision facilitated the completion of over 30 million<br \/>\ncalls, representing 2.5 billion minutes of talk time, primarily in the prepaid<br \/>\ncalling card arena and domestic and international long distance. Our plan is to<br \/>\nbetter utilize these resources apply it to answering calls generated from DR.<\/p>\n<p>Voice Vision&#8217;s business model is being built to maximize conversion rates,<br \/>\nvirtually eliminating circuit congestion and call abandonment, minimize<br \/>\naverage speed of answer of calls, and reduce talk time, while lowering<br \/>\ncosts. We will do this by answering calls via high tech Voice Over Internet<br \/>\nProtocol, (VoIP), applied to IVR and Live Agent services\u2026.thus providing our<br \/>\nclients with a significantly higher return on investment through lower cost<br \/>\nservices.
