I am also a loyal Amazon.com customer. I really am. But when I saw the news that Amazon.com was opening a new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcnet.com\/usubmit\/-amazoncom-open-customer-service-center-kennewick-washington-\/2005\/sep\/1181581.htm\">customer care center<\/a> I couldn\u2019t help but laugh. Jeff was the person that said e-commerce would kill the call center.<\/p>\n<p>Other than this predication, Jeff has been right on virtually with everything else he has done and Amazon\u2019s continued success is proof of this.
