Similar to the way EVDO works the speeds are not guaranteed. The carrier providing the service is T-Mobile. I wonder if <a href=\"http:\/\/www.t-mobile.com\/company\/about\/czj.asp\">Catherine Zeta Jones<\/a> is as big of a hit in that market.
