Just a week after my meeting the company has some news. One of the company&rsquo;s customers it seems has won an <a href=\"http:\/\/voipservices.tmcnet.com\/news\/2006\/11\/02\/103634.htm\">award<\/a> for customer service. With all the complaints about customer service these days, I thought it worth sharing the good news for Altitude Software.<\/p>\n<p>Of course good customer service is not just about technology. This is something I am constantly reminding people. Still, good technology can help by reducing hold times and increasing first call resolution. Good technology also allows customer data to travel with a call as it is transferred.
