In this case my optical mice &#8212; I have several I travel with that just don&#8217;t work in hotels anymore. Hotels have become so pseudo trendy with desks which have glass tops or black matte finishes on them. Either way my optical mice don&#8217;t work which begs the question, why did I switch in the first place? Weren&#8217;t these optical mice supposed to work on any surface? Maybe the technology market in general should be more careful with promises it (we) make. <\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Does this advice have a practical application for the communications market? Yes! As part of the Tehrani Listening Tour&trade; here in Canada &#8212; I asked David Cork the CEO of Natural Convergence what he does if his customers can&#8217;t guarantee quality when they resell his hosted key system service and he told me flat out he won&#8217;t work with service providers who can&#8217;t guarantee quality.
