This <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/1\/hi\/magazine\/6353491.stm\">article<\/a> published months ago by the BBC shows just how bad customer satisfaction is in the UK.<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">In fact, just 4% of people have had a good experience when dealing with a call center, according to a recent survey by YouGov.
