Verizon was vocal about this being a bad idea but AT&amp;T was more quiet. Now it may seem the reason AT&amp;T was quiet had to do with the fact they were in the process of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmcnet.com\/usubmit\/2007\/10\/09\/3000873.htm\">purchasing<\/a> alternate spectrum from Aloha Partners.<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">This was a smart move by AT&amp;T. An impressive strategy.
