Most of us know there is a term &ldquo;going ballistic&rdquo; which basically means freaking out in a potentially violent manner. Wikipedia doesn&rsquo;t have an entry for ballistic in the singular form but they do have the plural &ndash; <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ballistics\">ballistics<\/a> &#8211; and they describe it as the science of mechanics dealing with the motion, behavior and effects of projectiles, especially bullets, gravity bombs, rockets and the like.<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">Notice the definition has no mention of the word hammer. It has no mention of destroying your local cable office. It has no mention of restraining orders, being a senior citizen or having triple-play services installed.<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\">Yet, while reading Russell Shaw&rsquo;s <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.zdnet.com\/ip-telephony\/?p=2605\">post<\/a> on Mona Shaw, I can&rsquo;t describe her activity as anything other than going ballistic in response to poor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?num=100&amp;hl=en&amp;safe=off&amp;rlz=1T4DMUS_enUS232US233&amp;q=comcast+customer+service+tmcnet\">Comcast customer service<\/a>.
