Is this oil money at play? Well it did <a href=\"http:\/\/ivr.tmcnet.com\/news\/2008\/07\/21\/3557845.htm\">come<\/a> from Kuwait &#8212; you make the call. <\/p>\n<p>So what is $9 <span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0);\">million <\/span>in terms of oil money? Probably what it will cost to fill up your Hummer in 2015.
