People risk their lives to come to the US illegally &#8211; people would pay top dollar (and currently do) to get into the US legally.<\/div>\n<p>Recently in Philadelphia, the Convention Center Authority <a href=\"http:\/\/www.philly.com\/philly\/news\/20081120_Convention_Center_board_OKs_loans_from_Chinese_investors.html\">approved<\/a> a resolution that enables the center&#8217;s expansion to be partly financed with a $100 million loan that is backed by 200 wealthy investors from China, and elsewhere, who want to move to the United States.<\/p>\n<p>As long as we aren&#8217;t letting criminals into this country, I think mass marketing of such a program makes sense to help pay off US debt.
