I was critical of netbooks in an<br \/>\nearlier piece but this is one of the better ones for sure. It was<br \/>\nsurpsing snappy and blows away many othe models on the market. This<br \/>\nmodel is pricey and at $500 it is basically a laptop with a small<br \/>\nkeyboard and screen &#8211; running XP which makes it seem faster.<br \/>\nI would have taken a photo but it seems photography is forbidden here.<br \/>\nI told them I was going to cover it and they said the policy is the<br \/>\npolicy. Weird.<br \/>\nI also saw a rear projection technology called Glassfire which is<br \/>\nbasically a glass screen which makes rear projection TV look amazingly<br \/>\nvibrant.
