It is a <a class=\"zem_slink\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Telecommunications_network\" title=\"Telecommunications network\" rel=\"wikipedia\">communications network<\/a> <a class=\"zem_slink\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Overlay_network\" title=\"Overlay network\" rel=\"wikipedia\">overlay<\/a> on <a class=\"zem_slink\" href=\"http:\/\/facebook.com\" title=\"Facebook\" rel=\"homepage\">Facebook<\/a> which<br \/>\ndoes not require users to be friends before communicating.<br \/>\nOne application of the solution is to blend the best of customer<br \/>\ncontact and social networking. One simple problem this application<br \/>\nsolves is allowing users to connect with one another more seamlessly.<br \/>\nFor example, customers who need to call a <a class=\"zem_slink\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Company\" title=\"Company\" rel=\"wikipedia\">company<\/a> and want to utilize<br \/>\na Facebook page to make the connection.<br \/>\nA live demo showed how presence and availabilty integrate to allow<br \/>\nmore intelligent communications. For example if you wanted to get<br \/>\nsomeone&#8217;s attention when they are in a conference call you could enter<br \/>\na subject and make the call.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe recipient can query the Facebook page of the caller before taking<br \/>\nthe call.
