The ongoing saga between China and a number of companies who have been hacked from the country takes yet another twist. First, Google <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.tmcnet.com\/blog\/rich-tehrani\/google\/will-silicon-valley-go-to-war-with-china.html\">accuses<\/a> the government of China of hacking them and it turns out a number of other companies were hacked as well. Then it seems a <a href=\"http:\/\/sip-trunking.tmcnet.com\/topics\/security\/articles\/76205-hackers-found-china-google-attack-linked-schools.htm\">school<\/a> was behind the hacking. Now the school <a href=\"http:\/\/www.technologyreview.com\/wire\/24637\/?nlid=2766&amp;a=f\">says<\/a> it wasn&#8217;t them. On a related note there is a person with Chinese government links who seems to have <a href=\"http:\/\/data-voice-solutions.tmcnet.com\/topics\/security\/articles\/76417-feds-close-uncovering-who-launched-attacks-google.htm\">played a role<\/a> in at least discovering the Internet Explorer loophole used by the hackers.<\/p>\n<p>The one known in this case seems to be that the Chinese government will need to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.networkworld.com\/news\/2010\/022210-more-clues-uncovered-in-google.html\">assist<\/a> the world if we are to find out who is behind the break-ins.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What?
