Matt Kulka is one of the voice complaining about the outage <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/mattlqx\/status\/17362867459\">saying<\/a> &#8220;<span class=\"status-body\"><span class=\"entry-content\">CALL THE INTERNET  NEWS POLICE! Amazon.com is down!
