In the wild goose chase of getting No. 1, the major technology players might be forgetting the mantra of believe in quality rather than quality. Garmin has certainly made its niche in the GPS market but it does not mean it is free of vulnarability or its all the GPS products are satisfying to its consumers. Its true but i have to say it that i have gone through lots of GPS-based stories of which i have found out they are good for nothing and in the race of good for nothing there is futle effort of the major technology players of getting No 1.

It’s not the matter of whose No 1 in the GPS arena, what matter are quality and cost. People seem to go for top brands like Garmin, but they are over priced and limited in technology. For example, it will be cheaper to get a decent 32 Channel GPS receiver than a 20 Channel Garmin.

In my option, the major players are getting noticed by the average customers and they are making a lot of money out of it. But if you are knowledgeable enough, you can sit and compare the price and what they got to offer, and you will be better off going with an fairly decent brand than the Top players.
