What is truly unique about this mouse is the joystick pointer where normally a scroll wheel would be located. The joystick is used not only for scrolling vertically and horizontally, but when it is used as a presentation remote, the joystick can move the cursor on the projector.

Now if they added a laser pointer this truly would be a killer gadget!
