USPS Ate My Netflix DVD. Damn you USPS! Or was it Animal?

So I check my mail awaiting a couple of Netflix when what do my eyes behold? Two glorious red envelopes - which means I received both movies my family and I wanted to watch. When what do my eyes behold? One of the Netflix envelopes is simply the outer tear off sheet that has my home address on it. I frantically search the rest of my pile of mail looking for the rest of the Netflix envelope but to no avail.

I then take a closer look at the torn off Netflix sheet and see a United States Postal Service sticker that reads "WE'RE SORRY That your article was damaged during processing." So the USPS actually delivered a useless piece of paper with no DVD. Check it out:

Ironically, the Netflix movie that apparently the USPS "ate" was the 1979 classic 'The Muppet Movie'. My theory is Animal ate it. "You don't mess with Animal. He eats glass, man" - Frank Oz.

Here's an Animal classic video starring Animal & Rita Moreno:

Oh wow, did you have to pay for the missing discs, I mean surely you got more than a sticker with "sorry" written on it.

Good to hear, be nice to have a bit of spice like that in the mail every so often :)
