Funny, how we all talk about the upcoming Apple iPhone ...
Even funnier that a Canadian company(Comwave to be exact), according to this report, has been using the name for two years! 
Can you believe it!
You can follow the trail if you like ...
Now, this doesn't mean that Apple's iPod phone (when it gets here) won't have the iPhone moniker, just that is may take a little legal dancing to make it happen.
