Citron response to "Why should someone choose Vonage?" was "Because it is the best."
I believe this represents his lack of depth and differentiation for Vonage as a strategic player in what will become a very competitive market. He had better come up with why Vonage is "the best" and uniquely position his company around that. This will be a commodity market soon, so "best" is bust.
