There are a number of soft landings available for L3 3Tone customers. Those that purchased Cisco phonesets and other Cisco gear may want to consider www.calltower.com. CallTower delivers similar service using all Cisco componentry and software(Cisco CallManager) and has achieved very high levels of reliablity.
Run away from Calltower. We have them. When things go wrong, they are useless. My boss picked them though, thank heaven.
