New analysis from Frost & Sullivan reports that customers find value in integrated cloud-based and on-premise enterprise communications solutions. Furthermore, VoIP and SIP trunking services are well on their way to eclipsing legacy digital telecommunications, earning revenues of $3.22 billion in 2014 and estimated to reach $10.29 billion by 2020. 

Today's enterprise communications solutions are not a single service or product; instead they are a menu of integrated platforms and services that give businesses maximum flexibility.
