The new features are designed to provide RealProperty PLUS customers with full compliance of USDA, Rural Housing Service and MINC guidelines set to be enforced next month.
With the addition of new and updated features, RealProperty PLUS allows property managers to produce forms and reports that comply with the newly unveiled guidelines. Specifically, RealProperty PLUS now allows property managers to easily generate and store form letters for 30/60/90/120 day notices notifying subsidy tenants of their annual recertification date.
