Mahindra & Mahindra acquires controlling stake in Jeco (Inder steigen bei deutschem Zulieferer ein). Check it out:(Financial Times Deutschland Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), the Indian conglomerate, is acquiring a controlling stake in Jeco, the German automotive component manufacturer. It is acquiring a 67.9 per cent stake at an enterprise value of around 140m euros.
The acquisition is expected to boost the Indian company's range of automotive components.
